Two resonance speakers, also called exciters, turn audio into vibrations that move a surface to produce sound. Built into the pillow’s removable pod, they bring left–right stereo close to where your head rests. Pair over Bluetooth and tune the sound in the neruma app.

We’re using resonance exciters for neruma’s audio. Each exciter transfers vibration into a coupled surface, which moves to produce sound. The surface becomes part of the speaker.

The sealed resonance-audio pod rests inside a fitted compartment in the pillow, keeping the audio hardware protected and out of sight. When it is time to charge, lift it out and place it on the magnetic dock. The pillow also includes built-in sleep tracking, with metrics to review in the neruma app.
